The comfort double room with a clean bathroom was great, located next to the pedestrian street, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

the rate was normal and the services good.
The only thing i didnt like is holding a mount of money from my credit card and I already paid the rate in cash at the check out. The breakfast was not included.

Very well located in Evian. The cheapest hotel I could find but quite expensive for what it offered. Good communication before I arrived. Some of the staff very pleasant and good English.
The floor boards in the corridor creaked as did the fire door outside my room. Whilst other residents were walking up and down the corridor I couldn't get to sleep. Decor could be improved.

Freshly decorated room, excellent staff, I liked it. The daily breakfast was sensational with a nice view and a tea + coffee, as for instance. The public parking was next to the hotel, excellent service.

Room was lovely & clean, bathroom was very spacious & spotless. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities. Staff were very helpful & polite. We didn't do breakfast so can't comment.
First impressions aren't brilliant, the decor in the corridors need upgrading.

Very nice hotel. Very good location - just a 5 min walk till the lake where you can get on a ferry boat to Luasanne, Switzerland. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is simple but very cosy and nice. Again, simple but good breakfasts. We would like to stay at this hotel again.
Thin walls, if you have noisy neighbours, it's very likely you won't have a night of good sleep.
